Welcome to the Wide Angler’s blog, this is intended for the most part to be an angling blog, but with a strong interest in photography of all kinds and the fact that angling and photography lend themselves to each other seamlessly, I’ve decided to create the Wide Angler. As anglers, no matter what discipline you practice, we regularly experience stunning photo opportunities many of which get missed! The light and ambience that can captured at certain times of day when out amongst nature and in particular when around water can provide us with truly stunning photographic images.
